Welcome to NoGo Map, operated by NoGo LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the NoGo Map mobile application ("App") or website, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

 

 

 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the App and website immediately.

 

 

2. Description of the Service

NoGo Map helps users identify areas they may want to avoid within a city. To provide this functionality, the App accesses your real-time location while you are actively using it. The App may also send real-time notifications based on your proximity to certain areas.

 

 

3. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and handle only minimal information:

Device Identifier

  •  The App generates or reads a device identifier solely to maintain your session and local preferences.
  • This identifier is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across apps or services.

No Personal Data Stored

  • We do not collect or store personal information such as name, email, phone number, or address.

Location Data 

  • Your real-time location is accessed only while the App is in use.
  • We do not store or retain location data on our servers.

Account Deletion

  • If you delete your account, all associated data, will be permanently erased from our systems.
  • Because no personal data is stored, deleting the App removes all data stored on your device.

4. Advertising

The App displays ads provided by Google AdSense / Google Ads. By using the App, you agree to the data practices described in Google’s Privacy & Terms.

Google may use:

  • Cookies or mobile identifiers
  • Usage data
  • Ad personalization signals (depending on device settings)

You can manage ad personalization in your Google account or device settings.

 

 

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or security.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by NoGo Community or licensed to us. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

 

 

7. Account Responsibilities

All trademarks, graphics, content, and software included in the App are owned by or licensed to NoGo LLC.
Unauthorized reproduction or modification is prohibited.

 

 

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Misuse the App.
  • We are required to do so by law or security concerns.

Termination may restrict your access to features or services without prior notice.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Inaccurate map data.
  • Personal decisions made based on App content.
  • Damages resulting from use of third-party ads or services

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

 

a. Accuracy of Information and NoGo Areas

NoGo Map identifies suggested areas to avoid (“NoGo Areas”) based on publicly available online sources such as local crime data, safety reports, news content, blogs, and social media. These sources may contain errors, may be incomplete, or may not reflect real-time conditions. NoGo LLC does not independently verify the accuracy of this information and makes no guarantees regarding its reliability.

 

The information in the App is intended for general informational purposes only. Users are responsible for exercising personal judgment and following official guidance and local authorities when making safety decisions.

 

 

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
